Refund & Exchange Policy

At Arvana Kay, each product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or customer preference.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Be approved by our team prior to being returned.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@arvanakay.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@arvanakay.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Reed diffusers or fragrance products that have been opened or used
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered except in the rare event that we determine an order cannot be fulfilled or as otherwise required by applicable law.
